Halal Mortgage Calculator

Estimate monthly payments using the published profit rates of the providers we've reviewed — Manzil and EQRAZ. Illustrative only, never a quote.

Run your numbers

Step 1 — pick a provider. Only providers that publish rates can be calculated. New providers get added here as their rates are published.

Illustrative only — not a quote. This uses published starting/posted profit rates with standard amortization math. Your actual rate, fees, and terms come only from a provider's written commitment letter. Rates change — confirm current terms with the provider directly.

Questions, answered

Are these the actual rates I would pay?

No. The calculator uses published starting or posted profit rates. Your actual rate depends on your file, and only a signed commitment letter binds the provider. Rates can change without notice.

Why can't I calculate payments for IjaraCDC or Aya Financial?

Neither publishes a rate card. IjaraCDC's pricing is set by its funding partners, and Aya Financial's FAQ says only that its rates are "competitive with market rates." We don't invent numbers — see their full reviews for what is published.

How is the monthly payment calculated?

Standard amortization math: the annual profit rate divided by 12, applied over the amortization in months. Halal contracts differ from conventional mortgages legally, not mathematically — at the same rate, the monthly figure looks the same.

How should I compare providers?

Compare full-term totals from written offers — monthly payments alone hide the real comparison. Also weigh fees, prepayment terms, and the Shariah documentation, all covered in our provider deep-dives.
