Questions
How do I cancel?
From your dashboard, open Manage billing — update your card, switch plans, or cancel in a couple of clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period; you keep Pro until then.
What happens to the free screeners?
Nothing. Every free screener, guide, and calculator stays free forever. Pro is the portfolio layer on top.
Is my portfolio data private?
Yes. Holdings you enter are tied to your account only, never published, never sold, never used for anything but your own reports.
Is this financial advice?
No. CHI Pro is an educational modelling tool: it shows what your holdings imply under screening methodologies. It never recommends buying or selling anything.
